SEBOKENG CONVINCE KFC
I had a very unpleasant experience at the drive-through today. The ordering screen was completely blank, so I proceeded to the window to place my order. Instead of assisting me, the staff member sent me back to the same non-functioning screen. When I finally got to the window, the situation became even more uncomfortable. I was told to move my car back because she didn’t want me looking at her while she prepared the order, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. After that, I was asked to move forward again, all while she continued to have an attitude and even raised her voice at me. Overall, the interaction was frustrating and quite embarrassing. I would appreciate it if the footage could be reviewed to understand what happened and address how customers are treated in situations like this.

RUDE SUPERVISOR
Her name is Khanya or Khanyi her attitude stinks, she talks to customers however she wants and can't address customers with their first names or with respect even her staff.The lady is rude.

The ladies had an attitude especially Joyce M she didn't even want to give as a refund because what we had ordered was out of stock instead she was continously shouting "we don't do refunds we want to knock off" and seemingly they don't even know how to operate their new system??? Please assist.

McDonald's new staff member(Elizabeth) is so rude 😤 I asked a simple question if she could just check my order then she decided to roll her eyes and the food were super cold even the manager ask her to apologize she refused.
