Good day I have picked up that there are also additional damages such as scratches that where not there. Also the cloth the blocks the sunlight is dirty and gets stuck when I pull it which was not the case before the penal beaters worked on the vehicle, the roof lining is damaged by the door panels, you recommended the worst panel beaters, the staff that took my car to are very rude and lack client service, the panel beater did not even perform a water test to check for leaks, they did confirm this blatantly which is very negligent. honestly I'm not happy on top of that you guys are really inconveniencing me I need to be focusing on my job I'm busy doing you guys Job I'm not happy at all. The workshop manager(Bukhosi) was disingenuous and not interested in delivering the adequate service, sourcing damaged aftermarket parts I've been with Discovery, Miway, and Outsurance. I only switched to 1st for Women because I felt it was slightly more affordable but I've since regretted my 1st claim. You've operated in bad faith. I pay my premiums for both my vehicles and had to pay a full excess for half the job. This claim was changed from a glass claim to an accident claim but only the glass was replaced. Clearly the insurance and panel beater collude in taking shortcuts in order to find the cheapest feasible solution to profit from claims. Please come up with a viable solution to have my vehicle fixed. This has been a nightmare from start. I would never recommend this insurance to anyone because this has been the worst experience.

I am really not happy with the claim process with 1st for women they really are very *********** when it came to my claim and now put the blame on me you cannot say that the authorization was approved on the 7th of February but the car was only at the panel beaters on the 16th then u say it's 3 days that it takes for the car to go to the panel beater and it tool longer than that and yet u only extend my car hire for 3 days only. I emphasized that I use the car for work and the delay was 1st for women and panel beater. And on top of that I was the one following up because non of the parties took my situation with urgency I will be canceling and switching to a different insurance after this it's the worst.
Very disappointed ordered and we waited 40 min for a meal and it was not even busy.
I feel staff needs customer service training I went to the outlet and ordered coffee standing there for so long not knowing what's taking time for the staff member to come back and give my money back no apology for the inconvenience just my money and that the machine is not working. No communication that we are having issues with the coffee machine. That level of service is appalling for a big franchise like KFC. Really not impressed the attitude towards customers not on at all.

Dischem Westgate dispensary is the worst whenever I go there to get my prescription there is only one person assisting and we wait long of which sometimes I have to leave cause of time and end up getting a delayed prescription please u offer a service you can't have one person who takes so long to serve one customer honestly there is a lack of urgency.
I'm really not happy with Standard Banks service and it is not the first time I get horrible service from this Bank first time the Bank. This month 11th of January 2024 I transferred R50 000 into the Bond account and emailed a letter signed by both me and my husband requesting that they continue taking the monthly installment from the lump sum deposited like they have been from the time we transferred 69 000 I'm May 2023. Like last year we have been sent pillar to post because there is a lack of understanding of what we have requested and there was an attempt on my husband's account for the installment which is not what we have requested. Next thing you will ruin our credit profile like you have done before as it's not the first time our credit profile was ruined Standard Bank has done that before and we let it slide but now this will be unacceptable. Your agents are not friendly at all and treat us like trash with attitudes it's like they don't know what they are doing. At this rate I feel I will need to shop for a better place for a bond and switch I no longer want to work with Standard Bank they lack customer service.
On the 3rd of December I ordered on the ASAP pick n pay online service and they delivered the wrong items, I logged the issue and they said they will investigate and come collect the wrong Items and reimberse my money but still today I'm stuck with groceries that I never ordered as I did not receive mine. I had to reorder as I needed those Items which is really a huge inconvenience as Pick n pay made the mistake which I feel they should have treated this as urgency as they are in the wrong and not me. I'm not happy at all. From now on I will no longer be using thier service cause my experience with such mistake take long and have you stranded. This is the worst ever . They don't even have a turn around time.
The Edgar's at Westgate Shopping centre has staff with poor service no urgency they have chats while serving customers and that time the line is long came twice this week and it's the same way. You need to train your staff when it comes to service they so ******** and deliberately so slow.
