I have attended several baking, chef, and culinary institutions before coming to Charmaine, and I can honestly say she outnumbers them all by far! From the very first class, I was deeply impressed by her honesty and transparency. Charmaine demonstrates everything step by step - no shortcuts, no hidden techniques, and no so-called "secret cake mixes" with unpleasant tastes like I experienced at other schools. What you see is what you learn, and what you learn truly works. Her training is real, authentic, and done with integrity. She gives her students her full knowledge, skill, and heart. That alone sets her apart from any other institution I have attended. I truly believe God chose Charmaine for me. He gave me the best teacher a human could ask for.Thank you so much, beautiful Charmaine - I mean every word I say. Your classes are like magic!

Create-a-lot Baking Studio is FANTASTIC! Attending the Assorted Biscuit Baking and Cupcake Flower piping Classes was such a wonderful and rewarding experience. I am truly grateful to Charmaine for teaching me how to bake a variety of delicious biscuits from SCRATCH and also to create beautiful Flower cupcakes! Every step was explained so clearly and patiently, which made the whole process easy to understand and enjoyable.The class was well organised, hands-on, and filled with valuable tips that I can confidently use at home.I walked away feeling inspired, confident, and extremely satisfied with what I learned.The atmosphere was welcoming and Charmaine’s passion for baking really shines through in her teaching! Thank you for an amazing class and for sharing your knowledge so generously.I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn proper biscuit baking and Cupcakes flower art and enjoy a fantastic learning experience!
