I have been without connection for a week now and no communication has been sent out. We have been logging complaint tickets however the customer service is extremely **********. Getting a customer representative to assist you or even having a maintenance team check the problem on your premises is a mission a half. We pay for a service that we are not using. I’m not happy
The customer service is **********. I don’t understand why we have to resort to Hello Peter in order to get a quick response from this company. The agents are extremely rude and they barely satisfy customer needs. They always end the Whatapp chat before solving the issue or they give you unsatisfactory answers. My WiFi sustained a physical damage and I’ve been reporting this matter since the 23rd of March. I’m always receiving the same unsatisfactory answers “the ticket has been escalated”. Poor communication from both the company and the so called agents. they also take forever to disperse the maintenance team to the affected area. I was told that I have to wait for other parts of the region to be fixed in first before they could attend to me. This is extremely ridiculous, we experience outages every two weeks hire more staff.
2 weeks without an internet connection. Every single time I report the matter I’m told it would be “escalated” but still nothing. No one is willing to help or provide an ETA in terms of when everything will be restored. I’m not even going to mention to terrible customer service. Even home affairs service is better. I’m extremely unhappy and disappointed because I was promised a reliable WiFi service however this WiFi is always down every two weeks It’s such an inconvenience because we rely on this WiFi for work and assignments
I would give it a zero if I could. I have never gotten such terrible customer service in my life, literally. My internet has been down for a week, and I have been trying to report the issue, but the feedback I have been receiving is that they will "escalate the matter to the relevant team". This happens to me at least once a month. Please don't bother trying this service; rather look for alternatives
I’d give it a one star if I could. Absolutely ********** customer service. Their WiFi is forever down, you essentially pay for a service that you are not using. They are very helpful when they’re helping you sign up but once you pay they disappear. Looking for alternatives to use because this is extremely ridiculous. I’m highly unsatisfied
