Extremely Slow

I ordered a battery from them . Their website says fast delivery. It has been 2 weeks and nothing . Everytime I contact them , they say it's processing and will ship the next day . Their prices aren't even that much different from other places . I cannot comment on the quality as I haven't received my order yet . Be better than me , just buy from a local store and save yourself the hassle
