Premium Price, "Superficial" Quality?

​I am extremely disappointed that my Bridgestone Potenza Sport tyres (DOT 2022) are already showing hairline cracks on the shoulder area. Bridgestone’s official reports dismiss this as "superficial" ozone cracking caused by the vehicle being stationary or under-inflated, rather than a manufacturing defect. It is unacceptable to be told to simply "monitor" visible rubber degradation on a premium performance tyre instead of receiving a proper resolution.
