I purchased a pair of Replay slides from the Pavilion branch on 21 November . Within less than 3 months, the strap material began cracking and peeling—a clear manufacturing defect. I left the shoes at the Pavilion branch for feedback, but the store told me "nothing can be done" and directed me to send an email I have emailed info@replaysa.co.za and replay-pavillion@next-generation. co.za twice over the last two weeks and have been completely ignored. I am entitled to a refund or replacement for defective goods within 6 months. Replay is currently holding my property and ignoring my legal rights. I want a full refund immediately.
