I purchased a pair of Replay slides from the Pavilion branch on 21 November . Within less than 3 months, the strap material began cracking and peeling—a clear manufacturing defect. I left the shoes at the Pavilion branch for feedback, but the store told me "nothing can be done" and directed me to send an email I have emailed info@replaysa.co.za and replay-pavillion@next-generation. co.za twice over the last two weeks and have been completely ignored. I am entitled to a refund or replacement for defective goods within 6 months. Replay is currently holding my property and ignoring my legal rights. I want a full refund immediately.

Good day. Just would like to express my outmost disappointment and frustration dealing with Replay SA. I bought items on the 24th Nov before the actual Black Friday on Sale and received them on the 26th, upon receiving them i realized 2 items from my orders were small, immediately logged an exchange for larger items and selected new sizes, but i did not get a response, followed up with an email to check status 2 days later, only got a response after the sale had ended after Black Friday that the items i selected were out of stock but when i logged the exchange on the site there was still stock. I was told i need to choose different items but i would loose the Black Friday discounts and will need top up. I find it very unfair and prejudice that they conveniently came back to me when the sale had ended and now i need to pay more. I asked why cant i choose items of the same value and apply Black Friday discount as i was eligible for discount having logged the exchange within the Black Friday period or wait for those items to come back stock but they refusing and insisted that i choose new items of the same value of the discount or get a refund. This is very disappointing that they ignored my exchange while they were focusing on pushing sales and ended up running out of stock. I even argued that the same items and sizes i have someone out there might also be looking for them. Very disappointing

I bought some takkies at Replay Atterbury two months back and they are teared. I gave them back to the manager and they sent to Woodmead. The woodmead manager kept them for some weeks,when enquiring am told they are waiting for business owner to come back from Cape Town. Still today am not helped and i believe the quality of Replay clothes are below standard.Customer service is very poor. Cheap materials are being used and their pricing is hilarious

I bought some takkies at Replay Atterbury two months back and they are teared. I gave them back to the manager and they sent to Woodmead. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Replay Jeans South Africa. In December 2024, I purchased two T-shirts for over R5,000. I only wore one of them — a coral T-shirt costing R2,400 — for the first time in May 2025. After washing it once, the colour bled out, staining the white label engraved on the front. Once the shirt dried, the label returned to white, confirming it was a manufacturing defect. I contacted Replay’s customer service via their website, where I was informed that all Replay items have a two-year warranty. I was told to take the shirt and the email to my nearest store, which I did. The store staff said they would email the photos and details to their manager, Frank Cliff. After hearing nothing for almost a month, I went back to the store to follow up, only to be told they were still waiting for a response from the manager. Another month passed — still no feedback. When I returned for the third time, the staff phoned the manager, Frank Cliff, in front of me. To my shock, instead of speaking to me, the manager shouted at the employees, saying “anyone who takes the T-shirt will be fired!” — a completely unprofessional and appalling response. He then stated that the 2-year warranty doesn’t apply in South Africa, which makes no sense since there is only one Replay customer service contact for both local and international customers. I paid R2,400 for a T-shirt that is now unwearable due to a clear quality defect, and not once did the manager or anyone from Replay apologise or offer a solution. As a loyal customer, I expected much better service and accountability from such a premium brand. This experience has completely changed my perception of Replay Jeans. I will never purchase from Replay again and I strongly advise others to think twice before spending their money here — the after-sales service is non-existent, and customer concerns are dismissed without care or respect.

Subject: Misleading Price Tag and Poor In-Store Service I am highly disappointed with my recent experience at Replay Jeans -Atterbury. My dad found an item (T-shirt) clearly marked with a sale price R750, only to be told at the till that the price was incorrect and I would have to pay a higher amount (R990). This is not only misleading, but also frustrating as a customer who re**** on the price displayed. When we raised the issue with the staff, we were dismissed by an employee and the store manager . Without any effort to honour the marked price, we were told that customers tend to change prices on certain clothing. As a paying customer, I feel disrespected and let down. The way this matter was handled lacked transparency, professionalism, and courtesy. The Consumer Protection Act states that advertised prices should be honoured unless there’s a genuine and immediate correction, which did not happen. The store manager contacted manager, Mr. Mike, to escalate the matter, yet we weren’t even given the courtesy of speaking to him directly. No one took accountability or made any effort to honour the price that was displayed. I would like: Feedback on why we were denied the opportunity to speak with Mr. Mike. A formal explanation of why the displayed price was not honoured. This experience has left a bad impression and made me question the store’s integrity. I hope this matter is resolved promptly. I bought a replay sneaker the shoe is still new however it's loosing Colour, I sent replay an email and I was told that I must take the issue to the store, which is street gym Maponya mall, the owner says replay won't take the shoe back so he also cannot take it.so which means no 1 is will to accountability for the poor quality of the shoe, I as a customer must loose because of them supplying and selling **** shoes. @replay if your product is at a curtain store that store is representing your brand on your behalf

Yesplay was a great platform , since late last year there has been drastic issues noted with the service on the platform , the "chat bot" , deposits and lately withdrawals aswell. Just looking at the reviews here I can see I'm in for tough time in having my withdrawal issue also resolved. I have been waiting since 24.01. also back and forth with an *********** chat bot and agents. Please resolve asap , your platform is/ has gone down hill

Yesplay was a great platform , since late last year there has been drastic issues noted with the service on the platform , the "chat bot" , deposits and lately withdrawals aswell. Just looking at the reviews here I can see I'm in for tough time in having my withdrawal issue also resolved. I have been waiting since 24.01. also back and forth with an *********** chat bot and agents. Please resolve asap , your platform is/ has gone down hill
