Shoe sizing factory defect / incorrect sizing

I am writing regarding a pair of Black Field Badges SA sneakers that I purchased for my son on the 11th of February as a birthday gift. The pair in question is the graffiti design in size 41 (UK 7).

Unfortunately, we have encountered an issue with the sizing. Although the shoes are marked as size 41, they are noticeably larger than expected. After my son wore them a few times, it became clear that they do not fit properly and are too big, despite this being his usual size.

Given the price of the shoes, I am quite disappointed, as my son is unable to enjoy wearing them comfortably. To try to resolve the issue, we purchased inner soles, and upon measuring them, we found that the internal sizing corresponds more closely to a size 42 rather than a 41. This leads me to believe that the shoes may have a factory defect or incorrect sizing.

I would greatly appreciate it if this matter could be investigated and resolved. As it stands, I have spent a significant amount of money on shoes that my son cannot properly wear due to the sizing issue.
