I bought some takkies at Replay Atterbury two months back and they are teared. I gave them back to the manager and they sent to Woodmead. The woodmead manager kept them for some weeks,when enquiring am told they are waiting for business owner to come back from Cape Town. Still today am not helped and i believe the quality of Replay clothes are below standard.Customer service is very poor. Cheap materials are being used and their pricing is hilarious
Very arrogant and impatient consultants. Claims take longer to be approved versus what is in the contract

I bought continental tyres in Cresta and my tyres were damaged in ladysmith and I went to Ossies tyres to claim. I was told that they can not help because is Saturday. I phoned best drive and they dismissed such claims from Ossies tyres. Ossies Tyres changed statement to say they need invoice. I then phoned Cresta continental to request an invoice and it was sent to both of us.I spoke to Mr. Stanley who help me with an invoice and thanks Mr Stanley for that. I did not get help. I stayed for 3 hours and decided to go to other dealers and buy new tyres. Ossies tyre are too racial with bad customers service. Continental tyres must stop deceiving us to say we are covered while they cannot help us when we need them the most.
