Best customer service agent ever
Good day I'm writing this not as a complain but as a recommendation for your customer service capabilities I was helped by one of the agents at TymeBank who I think would be a real asset for you guys his name is Ayanda Kgantlapane he is one of the most dedicated agents I have come across who is very passionate and goes above expectation just to insure that the customer leaves satisfied no matter what I just hope that one day y'all will add him to your reputable company because his talents are being wasted by TymeBank. Goeiedag, ek wil graag dankie sê aan wie ook al die jongman by Pick n Pay South Gate aangestel het. Hy is een van die vriendelikste mense wat ek in 'n rukkie ontmoet het, en hy het pasiënte en gee nie moed op met 'n kliënt se versoek nie, maak nie saak hoe lank dit neem nie.
