I dealt with Leila Morton-Venton in my recent claim on household appliance with water damage from last week's storm in Durban. I lodged my claim early in week 1 (last week) and the acceptance and refund was in my account a week later. At all times, I was kept informed of progress, and the procedure of assessor call/pickup.
