We came home to a power outage so my husband decided to order two extra long chilli cheese meals with Uber eats,when the order gets delivered it's just the rolls without the chips and cool drink. He sent the driver back to the restaurant and then the driver called him and told him that those people are not taking him seriously because on their system it shows we didn't order meals just the rolls,but we have proof. The guy we spoke to goes by the name of Zola and works at burger king Richards bay he claims to be the manager and then tells us he can't help us because now it means he must give chips and cooldrink for free,how? We paid. This level of service is disgusting,burger king claims to be the second largest fast food chain but with management like this? We are deeply disappointed and we would appreciate a solution after you see the proof that my husband has.
