Yesterday in the evening of 4th March I bought two vouchers at OTT4me, my credit card was debited but I didn´t receive the codes. I wrote to OTT in the evening by WhatsApp and by email and only today (5th March) in the morning they rep**** me by email. After reminding them by email and calling them several times, they sent one voucher by SMS this afternoon. Since then I called and wrote many times and asked them to send me the 2nd voucher. This email I got an email where they sent me 2 vouchers for the same amounts but they were sold on 5th March and not on 4th. And OTT wrote in their email that both have already redeemed. WHAT IS THIS? ARE THEIR EMPLOYEES ****MING CUSTOMERS AND USE THE VOUCHERS FOR THEMSELVES?
