Notable and outstanding service received. My claim was refunded quickly and more so, they have excellent service team. My first call was late on a Friday night and the woman who answered was so empathetic and generous with information and follow ups. The online claim process was simple to complete and most of the background checking they handled behind the scenes. I won’t be going anywhere else for my travel insurance that’s for sure.
