Suppersportbet Refusing withdrawal.

My account asked me to upload my fica documents I did , I even did two withdrawals successfully. Yesterday my account is disabled for fica . I was advised to submit my documents via email. Which makes no sense because my account shows that it's verified and I was able to deposit play and withdraw. I still emailed everything as advised and its attached to this email its 24hours later . My account is not able to do withdrawals I was allowed to deposit money into my account and play and now that I want to withdraw I can not , what was the point enabling me initially to withdraw and now stop me . I want my withdrawal activated and there after I want my account with suppersportbet deleted because this is not how you treat customers they have a wide range of competitors and they have respect for our money and us . My selfie, my id , my bank statement these are personal documents submitted and no update done please do my withdrawal and close my account this was a very bad experience I will be sharing it with the public no point in posting ur adverti*****ts and you treat ur clients like we some kind of *****.
