I am disappointed with the service I have received from Game. I placed an order and requested for it to be cancelled on 8 March 2026. It has now been 10 days, and my order has STILL not been cancelled, and no refund has been processed. What makes this worse is that I used Mobicred to make the purchase. Because of Game’s delay, I am now at risk of being charged for an item I never received and already cancelled. This is completely unfair and unacceptable. There has been absolutely no communication from Game no updates, no confirmation, nothing. I am left in the dark while my money is at risk. This situation is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received regarding my recent order. When placing the order, I specifically selected same-day pickup(07/03/2026) at the Ilanga Mall branch because I work from 08:00 to 17:00, and needed the items ASAP and therefore cannot receive deliveries. Based on this selection, I arranged and paid for transport to collect my items from the Ilanga Mall store the next day (08/03/2026). When I arrived with the driver, I was informed that my items were not at the Ilanga Mall branch and were instead at the Witbank branch and would be delivered. At no stage did I receive any communication informing me that the items were unavailable at Ilanga Mall or that my order would be changed from pickup to delivery. Because of this lack of communication, I incurred unnecessary transport costs of R250, as I had already hired a driver to collect the items from the location specified in my order. This situation reflects very poor communication and caused unnecessary inconvenience and expense. I would like this complaint to be formally acknowledged and investigated, and I request feedback on how this matter will be resolved, including reimbur*****t for the transport costs I incurred due to this error.
