I went for a new contract on the iPhone 17 pro max and also asked to block a other phone on one of my contacts a have at Vodacom Carletonvile in pick and pay , a called them and they confirmed I need to do a SIM swap but a tested the SIM card in a different phone and it worked so I called back on Saturday morning to told them it's not the SIM card but the phone is the problem, they said they will come back to me on the same day but no feedback was received from them . We found out Vodacom blocked the wrong phone and me wife and child was alone and not network connection. I am a customer at Vodacom for many years and this is the first time and not happy about the service I received from they
