We bought a lounge suite there last year September. And this year on the 5th of January 2026 they come to collect the 3-seater because it was damaged and it's been 2 months that we have been waiting for the couch. Evert time I must phone after them to find out what's going on with my couch and then it's just lies and lies. I send a complaint email on the 5th of March, and nobody has even phone me to tell me what's going on and today is the 9th of March. So today I phone again and the manager of the store in Middelburg just put the phone down in my ear while I talking to her telling her this is annexable, we want an answer before Friday, or we want our money back.
