I bought a laptop under the impression that I was buying directly from ASUS, only to find I was buying from a third party called Digital generation. A week after they told me they had no stock and it could take over two weeks, I was give a refund option instead of them refunding me they sent a false email with a tracking number for me to track my parcel. I than called a couple of days later for assistance with the tracking number of the parcel only to find out there was not such parcel. They have since promised me a refund but I’m still waiting. The laptop is still being advertised online under the name ASUS South Africa but you guys know very well it’s out of stock. Why does the store online read as ASUS South Africa instead of Digital Generation?
First you make people buy your products under the impression they are buying directly from ASUS, on to find you are a independent retailer. You than go further to selling products you dnt have in stock, after taking my money I thank have to call you for follow ups because I’m not getting my laptop. I ask for a refund you than send me a false email with a tracking number to track my parcel. I called you after a couple of days because I was struggling to track the parcel only to find out there was no such parcel send to me and you claimed it was a error. You have ever promised to refund me but till today there’s no money in my account. Are you guys ****mers, and I also think ASUS should be held accountable for allowing you guys to **** us like this. The laptop in still on the website people are buy buy you know very well u dnt have the laptop. I spoke to the supervisor but her service is also poor. ****mers
