I ordered two fridges from them, online. Both fridges were faulty, and still under warranty. I reported the fault and requested for repairs. One fridge was repaired and the other was deemed irreparable as such, they said they would collect the fridge and refund me. I followed their refund procedure, with a lady named Sannah and waited, after 10 days, still no refund. I then called Sannah but did not get ahold of her aand emailed to find out what the issue was, she called back and I was told that there was an issue with the refund process and as a result I would have to go to the nearest store to collect my refund there in cash. I was told they'd call the Fourways store to find out when they'd have cash, but was never called back. I called back today and spoke to Sannah again and was Still told I have to wait for that particular store to have cash. This seems pretty shady and I'm not sure what is going here. Is this the regular way stores handle refunds? Even the issue with refunds not being sent via EFT was never explained via emails, only on the calls.
