All is very pleasant until you try to cancel your membership. 20 emails later, endless documentation required (even though none is required in order to cancel). It's been over a month and I still cannot cancel my father's membership that he has had for over 15 years. He is 86 years old, unable to travel, suffers from alzheimers and the holiday club refuse to cancel his membership. Disgusting treatment of a long standing member of your club. You are predators on the elderly, threatening them with hand overs while not allowing them to cancel, ignoring instructions to cancel, wanting written confirmation after instructions to cancel have been made clear and endless emails back and forth to delay cancelation. Shame on you for exploiting the elderly.
