Bad service
I have placed an order and still have not received it. When I enquire I am being told that the delivery man called me and my phone was off. I enquired again and they told me the phone was answered but the person says they did not order anything. These are all lies, I never received a call nor a tracking number from them

Bad Service-wrong package
Received a parcel that belongs to someone else after a long wait, texts, emails and calls to the customer service and the delivery guy. Called the driver and he promised to deliver the following day but did not. He called instead and asked me to send him a photo of my ID and I refused.
