on the 29th of January 2026 I made 2 payment to flycool's account paying for the month of February and March . Today my wifi is disconnected and I'm getting sms's asking me to pay . I have tried to communicate via the live chat and WhatsApp but your customer service is pathetic. I have sent emails and I'm getting no response.. I work from home now I need to spend more money buying data .. flycool customer service is pathetic and disappointing what kind of a company that does not have a contact centre number for their customers ... I'm really disappointed and I wouldn't consider your service anywhere ... if you can't pay back my money than connect my wifi ASAP
