I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from **Pam Golding Properties Malmesbury. On Wednesday, 4 March, I contacted an agent regarding a flat that was advertised as available. After not receiving a response during the morning, I tried calling but my call was not answered. At 11:22 the agent responded that she was in a meeting, which I acknowledged. Unfortunately, that was the last communication I received. There was absolutely no follow-up or further communication from the agent regarding the flat. Then on Friday I received an email informing me that the flat had already been rented out. This level of service is extremely unprofessional. When a potential tenant shows interest, basic courtesy would be to follow up or at least keep the person informed. The lack of communication and poor client service from this office is very disappointing and does not reflect the level of professionalism one would expect from a well-known company like **Pam Golding Properties.
