I was delighted that Yash had secured an appointment this morning for the internet to be installed. The team of 2 arrived and actioned what needed to be done. However I was disappointed that there was a need for another team to finish the installation. I was informed that it would take between 4-5 working days before I could connect. I recorded the urgency of getting the internet connected on the documentation I had to sign. Also spoke to Surasha to explain that we needed it connected asap. Thereafter I left the premises in the knowledge that this will only be done by next Mon. Surprisingly I got a call from Surasha and she advised that the next team was available within the next 15 min. Obviously I was delighted and confirmed I would be back at the premises within 15 min. As I reached the premises the team was already waiting and she was on the call with me again to check my whereabout. The team of 3 then worked at the premises for about 2.5 hours, they said they had to do something downstairs but did not communicate with me that the had finished the work. Nonetheless I saw your e mail come through that we were connected, I then logged on and managed to access the internet. This is just a short note to say thank you for listening to our plight and really taking it to heart. Your actions is what customer service is all about and I am so grateful for all your assistance.
