My experience with Coricraft has been extremely disappointing. We ordered a new slipcover for our couch along with covers for two ottomans. When the ottomans arrived, we immediately noticed that one was approximately 5 cm shorter than the other and needed to be replaced. Getting this resolved was a struggle. It took multiple follow-ups, and we had to wait an additional 4–5 weeks for the replacement ottoman to arrive. When the replacement finally arrived, it was the wrong colour. We were then informed that the original fabric had been discontinued, and instead of notifying us, Coricraft decided to send a completely different colour as a substitute without any prior communication, like what is that all about?! To make matters worse, when I called to query this, I was blamed and told that I had ordered the wrong colour, despite the fact that my invoice clearly shows that the correct colour was ordered. I then had to arrange with the warehouse in Roodepoort to have the covers switched. When I arrived, I waited an hour for what should have been a simple cover change. Overall, the process was disorganised, poorly communicated, and extremely frustrating. I honestly expected far better service from Coricraft, especially considering the price point of their products.
