Order delivered to the wrong person

I ordered on the 25th of February on Temu and it was my first time ordering there now my courier was Cn express 3days passed and it kept on saying Taxes unpaid I kept wondering why I haven’t received any notification from cn express calculating how much customs should I pay until I called them. Mind you with my own airtime that I haven’t received an SMS for customs. They sent it the same day fine … I paid. Then comes delivery day today they gave my package to someone named Suzett who is not in my complex and how I knew? I saw Temu now reporting that my package has been delivered! I called Cn express and explained what’s going on .. they said they will contact the driver and ask him about the package … I waited two hours and no feed back. I called them again and told them to rather give me a refund for my customs and order . They referred me to another website where I have to send the proof of payment of the customs and debit order from Temu ! What a process I have not heard from then since … it’s late now I already filed a ticket with Temu that I want a refund for my items and they agreed and promised to chat to CN express about it. All this was me doing the job Cn express schools have done themselves. They are neglectful and with poor services to their customers… the delivery guy never even contacted me in the first place ! To CN express and Temu I want a full refund for my order and customs. I want nothing else … i don’t want to wait anymore and keep contacting people about my package when it’s your job at Im the first place to contact me. Iyho their services are bad and annoying guys. If you got CN express as your courier just know you’re in for a drag of a neglectful company
