On 19 January 2026 a payment was taken from my linked card via the Kauai app that doesn’t match any item on their menu – it’s literally impossible to build that total. I didn’t authorize it, I never placed that order, and I still don’t know how they managed to pull it off. I reported it immediately. For a month Kauai support went silent unless I chased them, and they got me nowhere. I eventually left a review on their head-office Google listing; someone finally rep**** and sent me to a complaint link. I filed it. Silence again. No refund. No explanation. No urgency from a company I used almost daily. I was a loyal customer. But I’m done. If they’ll ignore a *****ulent charge and ghost the victim, they don’t deserve anyone’s business.
