I ordered parts from them before and got good service but this last time was abysmal. I will NEVER support them again and do my best to save others the pain of dealing with Online Car Parts. I have been battling more than 2 months to get a refund for a cancelled order. They must be going out of business but are doing so in the most dishonest way. I paid R1100 on 8 January 2026 for oil. After a month my order still showed 'in processing'. I started following up telephonically, by e-mail and by Whatsapp. After more than 10 calls, 5 e-mails and 2 Whatsapps I finally got through to a person in Finance (Naideen) who promised to help me. My order was finally cancelled on 28 February with a promise the get a refund on 4 March. This never happened and my Whatsapps are not even being read. I don't know what to do short of driving to their shop and demanding my money back! My patience has run out with this bunch of ******.
