been getting unauthorized debit orders without even a reference number.have had to do two reversals with the bank. even had to be charged to get details of the so called company. named Mzansi...only was it just the begining of my troubles and both the bank and the company request a reference i dont even have. i asked that the bank cancells this debit order of which they bluntly refused and rather are making it my problem. i ask for the last time. can this R109 Debit order from Mzansi be stopped cos i did not approve it. I have spoken to Jaenette who referred me to Kagiso the manager and were both as uselss
<p> i am unhappy with the way my brother's FICA'D account is been handled. its over 3 days an email has been sent through by Absa. up do date there hasnt been any feed back from your offices. for funds that are urgenly needed</p>
i would like to complain about the extremely poor service received from this branch. my brother urgently needed to access his funds but because he has not used his account in a long time it was blocked. After queing for more than an hour (only two tellers out of 6 that are supposed to be operational) we still did not get any help as we were referred to business teller, who happened to be alone and was very busy. on finding out my brother had no proof of address as he has no accounts, he asked that he brings a next of kin who needs to bring own proof of residence, mind you i was there with my brother only problem is i had no proof of adress with me. so the next day we came back 1st thing in the morning, we told the security we were there to see the business teller we saw the previous day, his response was careless, all he could say was he is busy and is gonna take long without explaining how long. so we went to East rand mall, I dont even wanna compare the service received because it will be an insult to the eastrand mall branch. they were efficient, loaded everything online, unblocked and to my suprise not even the next of keen's proof of residence was needed, to think this is the reason why were were never helped in kempton park, this has prolonged our request as we were old we need to wait 2 days in order to access the funds. should we have been helped the day we went to festival mall i am sure we would have already accessed the funds. this is urgently needed and still nothing has been done. i would like this matter resolved urgenlty, we cannot wait any longer for what is rightfully ours.
