I have purchased an item at your store and it's been over 2 weeks without a feedback from them. I tried calling multiple times without a response. And I have already sent them a proof of payment. As a paying customer this is not something I expected, I was expecting professionalism, loyalty but there's none. How do you expect customers to trust you when there is no trust or loyalty. And I have even asked for a refund still no response.
