My account balance just dissappeared and spot has been advising they are working on it and will provide feedback by contacting me, no resolve has been found and everytime I follow up, I have to explain my entire situation from the beginning, and when they do contact me it's again asking me to explain my situation from the beginning, I've sent mails chatted on the app and no resolve is being found, money was deducted from my account and it's been over a week now.
