My vehicle was involved in a accident on the 7th of February 2026. Farber coach works Somerset. West still can not give me an expected time of completion. This is a brand new Chery Tiggo Pro 4 which I had for 2 months prior to the accident . Each time I asked why there is such a delay I was told they are waiting for parts ,but they can not tell me when or why. They said they were waiting on parts and I called the Chery parts supplier . They claimed the reason was the Chery warehouse was busy with stocktake for 2 weeks . Farber Coachworks could not provide this information. After I spoke to their supplier it was delivered 3 days later . They delayed placing my order . They do not communicate if there is a problem . Do not let your insurance use them. I am still waiting for my car .
