Refund and unprofessionalism

I app**** at VUT and was accepted,and they told me to pay the minimum registration fee.When I had to register I couldnt.They said the course it’s full 😡.Then I app**** for a refund.Its been two months and they said it takes 21 days.I am so annoyed .They are not professional,they don’t answer their phones.When you send them emails,when they respond their emails don’t have signatures.They are so unprofessional.
