I am writing to express my frustration after received extremely poor service from Game store in bethlehem and their head office customer service On 29 January 2026 I bought smart tv from game how ever I on plugs I on 01 February 2026 only to find out the picture are not clear then I report the matter to sales person who was helping me then he advise me " to change some settings " then I did so but nothing change. I go back to store again then I found other sales person work in the same department the he promised me that they will send someone to come and have a look on my item then this takes weeks without feedback. Then on 24 February 2026 I have decided to call their head office customer service then give them details... On 26 received a call from one of courier transport to come to take item then after item it been pick up received a call from head office then I told them that the Item it's been picked up, the told me they are going to do follow up on that as they didn't send someone okay fine On 04 march 2026 morning received a call from head office asking about the item its been replace or repaired i told them i have not yet received item On the sameday 04 march 2026 I received item back being repaired but now again Item it's keep on jamming. Report the matter to head office Until to this date no feedback from them I feel that I have been ****med my R7000 to buy item that it's not working as i have send several emails but no response and call they keep on saying they are going to get back to me but nothing
I am writing to express my frustration regarding the extremely poor service I have received from Budget Insurance following my accident on 04 February 2026. On 17 February 2026, I received a call from a consultant who informed me that she would contact me the following day (18 February 2026) to advise which auto body repair shop I should take my vehicle to. However, instead of receiving that call, I was contacted by another consultant to arrange an inspection for 19 February 2026. The inspection was carried out on 19 February 2026, and the inspector assured me that he would provide feedback the following day. Unfortunately, he never contacted me as promised. He only contacted me again on 03 March 2026, requesting my bank statement. I do not understand why this was required in relation to the accident, but I nevertheless comp**** and provided the requested document. Once again, he promised to give feedback the following day. Today is 16 March 2026, and I still have not received any feedback or update regarding my claim. It has now been over a month since the accident, and I have received no clear communication or progress update from Budget Insurance. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I kindly request urgent feedback regarding the status of my claim by 17 March 2026, as I believe more than enough time has been given to review and process this matter.
