I bought a product on 30 Jan 2026. Delivery was said to be by 13 Feb. I contacted them on 11 Feb because no updates on the tracking. All of a sudden there was an update, after I contacted them, on 9 Feb stating that customs duties payment was requested. I never received any request. The tracking number does not appear on any tracking website, so I have no idea who the carrier is. I requested a refund and all they keep saying is that the package is held at customs waiting for payment. Does anyone have a number to call for south african customs?
