This company has no care in the wold to communicate with clients. They do not read e-mails, or WhatsApp message, even if they boast that they have all these communication channels available. I get messages to pay and endless reminders to update my script- even after submitting it several times. Scripts get split, for God knows what reason, so you end up with part of the medication only. The call centre staff are friendly, but their promises of escalation useless. and empty. Emails are met with a receipt notification, that they take 48 hours (yeah, right) to respond and no reference number, followed by silence. I cannot fault the delivery contractors- at least we can speak to them, but they only deliver. The problem lies with the pharmacists and the distribution centre. It is impossible to reach them, they do not get back to the client and they certainly do not communicate. If you run out- your problem. Marara Pharmacy simply does not care.
