TERRIBLE QUALITY!!

I booked for a nail appointment on 26/03/2026. My booking showed my removal for my nails plus new application will be R255. However, I was charged R480 for something I never asked for, and it was not acrylic just a rubber base gel, and I was not advised it will be more expensive than the initial amount as per my e-mail confirmation I received. Furthermore, I was told my nails will be strong with this application, but my nails started lifting at the cuticles in less than a week. I am not happy with the quality given the price of the nails.
