TERRIBLE QUALITY!!
I booked for a nail appointment on 26/03/2026. My booking showed my removal for my nails plus new application will be R255. However, I was charged R480 for something I never asked for, and it was not acrylic just a rubber base gel, and I was not advised it will be more expensive than the initial amount as per my e-mail confirmation I received. Furthermore, I was told my nails will be strong with this application, but my nails started lifting at the cuticles in less than a week. I am not happy with the quality given the price of the nails.

Definitely won't be going back to boa nails
We got there and they did not have a set amount to charge us, they kept on changing it. It's been a week since I had my nails done and majority of them have come off already. Their idea of simple designs include a dot and detailed ones- a simple star. It took 2 hours for us to do our nails and they kept on hurting us while filing out nails during the process. Definitely did not enjoy it, they're overpriced as well. Will not be going back

Worst service

Even after providing the confirmed time, the rudeness continued. It was clearly a mistake on their side but no apology was iffered ny the receptionist. The manager managed to get a booking at a diffirent branch, causing extra travel and time wasting.

Boa nails Kloof…WOW!!!
Got there to do a set of acrylic nails and wanted an ombré set, the original nail tech could not do it, so she got another one, by then I thought it’s fine I could just do normal acrylic nails, but the new tech insisted she could do it, showed an inspo picture and she filled my nails with so much acrylic then proceeded to file them so badly that my skin started to bleed, this was with me literally begging to be careful because she cut through so much skin when she did my cuticles, oh and here’s the best part, every time my nail tech’s “regulars” came in, she would get up, that in between all the side conversations with her colleague who was on a break. I had to talk her through doing my ombré nails as she couldn’t see anything wrong and the color on the tips was showing visibly on my nail bed. Most my fingers are swollen from the cuts and such. The techs always recommend the most expensive treatments but fail to deliver. Definitely go if you want bad nails in a pretty environment.

Will not return
Awful would never go back. Terrible service. One of the ladies sat on the floor to do my feet. Only one lady introduced herself the other was grumpy and rude. It's in no way a treat. I booked on email and also queried whether I could have both services simultaneously. Mani and Pedi. No response. No welcome and 15 min late to start. Behind me two the******s argued about sharing a plug. I have no idea how this business survives. It was horrible.
