I made an appointment online appointment, which was confirmed three times, only fir my daughter to ve told she was an hour late and het appointment has therefore been cancelled. Even after providing the confirmed time, the rudeness continued. It was clearly a mistake on their side but no apology was iffered ny the receptionist. The manager managed to get a booking at a diffirent branch, causing extra travel and time wasting.
Scam alert! Do not buy kittens advertised on here, they dont exist.
Zando has sold a product to me, which was out of stock according to them. The refund that in my opinion should just be an immediate reverse since there are no return product to review, I have not received any notification from them at all even though the order on there website states that the money has been refunded. This seem to be a problem as there are many complains on their facebook page, to which they do not respond.
