I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Springfield Durban branch. I made a layby payment in full, only to be informed after three follow-ups that the selected cupboards were out of stock. The consultant repeatedly assured me she would place an order, but failed to communicate the actual status. When I received a photo of my proof of payment, I questioned its purpose, and the consultant became defensive, claiming she'd told me she'd place the order on Sunday and stock would arrive on Wednesday - a detail I was never informed of. I cancelled my order and requested a refund, but the promised refund form is still pending after 24 hours. To add insult to injury, a heater I purchased last year broke within 2 months, and the sales consultant showed no willingness to assist, simply stating they don't handle electrical issues. I expect a higher level of service and resolution to these issues.
