Title: Long-Term Client Ignored – System Disconnected (Ref #93333) I have been a GoSolar client for more than 3 years, yet my solar system has been disconnected since last Thursday, forcing me to rely on costly Eskom electricity. The issue has been reported three times with no resolution. I was promised a March credit, but instead received another invoice. The Reduction Agreement and de-installation payment are still outstanding, and attempts to contact GoSolar have failed as phones appear down and emails go unanswered. This level of service to a long-standing client is extremely disappointing. Reference: #93333
