This is unacceptable service. As a paying customer, I expect: • Immediate confirmation that my payment has been received • A clear update on my order status • A confirmed delivery timeline or tracking details I have proof of payment available and can provide it if required. If I do not receive feedback within 24–48 hours, I will escalate the matter further and consider requesting a full refund. I request urgent assistance in resolving this matter. Regards
