It started of good when i had my first car but when i got my second car they gave me a new sales person. last year when i got my car i saw that my 1st and 2nd gear is a bit sticky and i immediately reported it .after a few months my 5th gear was popping out and i reported in whilst telling them i reported the sticky gears 1 and 2 and now the 5th gear is popping out. they made a booking but omly fixed the 5th gear problem which was the sink rows of the gear box. whilst they fixing the sink rows they knew about my issue with 1st and 2nd gear and the small chip in my wind screen but ended up only fixinf the sink rows and when i gotmy car back i told them but they still didnt fix the initial problems . then i told my sales person that they must fix my issues as they havent been dealt with all he said was okay he will contact me .i attempted too contact him multyiple times and he ignored me since october 2025 up until this year when i messaged and called him again just too find out that he doesnt work there at BNA anymore. now im sitting ewith a clutch,pressure plate and fly wheel issue with my chip in the wind screen and 1st and 2nd problem and contacted them too fix it .there after sales told me i can bring my car in too be fixed anytime but they cant supply me with a courtesy car which now has too be my issue and i dont stand ion that and im really frustrated too the point where mi wane take them too court because if i should have a break down il;ll be stranded due too their negligence.
