I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received from Wonga. Despite making payment and submitting valid proof of payment on 2 March, my account remains incorrectly outstanding. This is unacceptable, as interest continues to accrue and is negatively impacting my credit profile due to your failure to update my account. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter through your customer service channels, including several calls where the line was disconnected, and to date I have received no resolution or meaningful feedback. I have now escalated this matter further by reaching out to senior management, including the CEO and operational leadership at Wonga, as well as lodging a complaint with the NCR. Despite this, there has still been no resolution. This level of service is negligent and reflects a complete lack of accountability.
