False advertisng: ****s:I bought pedestals but they sent pieces of wood and refused my return
Do not waste your time buying from this company. I bought pedestals but they send pieces of wood that needs you to call a carpenter. Then I called them and asked that I return the items, then they said I had already opened it.... How else am I supposed to view what is inside. Their stuff members are so rude and their driver's will lie. The driver said he was going to come back and collect the items but to my suprise the company said, the driver won't be collecting. I'm going to take this company to Ombudsmen0 replies

POPIA act violated by speed af drivers. They take pictures of our ID with their personal mobile phones
Speed af send drivers that uses their personal cars without identification. Then the driver will want to take a Picture of your ID with their personal phone. When you refuse with your ID picture, they go back with your parcel. There is so much crime in south Africa, why should I give out my ID to a stranger. This is violation of POPIA act. Speed af should create pins that they send to users/clients than for strangers to take pictures of our ID's. What if they commit ***** with our personal details?1 reply
