I’m disappointed with my experience with Little Miss Grace SA. I ordered a sterling silver bracelet, and it arrived already discoloured/tarnished straight out of the packaging. This was before it had ever been worn, so it’s clearly not due to use or mishandling. When I reached out to the company, I did not accuse them of selling **** silver — I simply raised a concern about the condition of the item on arrival. Unfortunately, their response was dismissive and unhelpful, stating that this is “not their problem.” As a customer, I expect to receive a new item in good condition, and if there is an issue, I expect professional and reasonable customer service. That was not my experience here. Based on this, I would not recommend purchasing from them due to poor after-sales support and lack of accountability when something goes wrong.
