Bad customer service
They are not very accommodating with their schedules especially if you are a working person. I gave them two contact numbers, just to come to view my property for a quote. The guy didnt bother to call me when the one number he had didnt go through. He didnt bother to wait and just left. When I called, the excuse was they have very busy schedules. Obviously they are too busy to care about keeping customers. There was no form of conciliatory gesture, of trying to reschedule etc. If the customer service before the actual service doesnt care about the customer, then this speaks to what might occur after. Thank you. Ill take my money elsewhere.
