I was sold bedroom set not knowing I was buying. Sales person tells me I'll receive a "gift" because I've been a great customer paying on time every month, not knowing I was being sold a new set. O returned it but my instalment seems higher even after returning the merch. I'm now trying to get hold of their customer service team for an explanation, I keep getting cut off the minute I explain my query. Is there someone that overseas complaints like these that side? as I'm losing money trying to contact you with no luck and credit profile negatively affected as I'm struggling to pay the inflated instalment
